About the role
We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead The Winton, one of East Lothian's most exciting hospitality venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully managing a busy food and drink operation. You'll be passionate about delivering first-class customer service, maintaining exceptional standards and leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team.
You'll have strong operational and financial experience, an excellent knowledge of food, drink and hospitality, and understand what it takes to grow sales while controlling costs. Attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and the ability to inspire those around you are essential.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who shares our ambition. We want a General Manager who is excited by the opportunity to take The Winton to the next level and create a venue that the people of East Lothian – and visitors from further afield – can truly be proud of.
