Set in the heart of Pencaitland, The Winton has been a gathering place for East Lothian for as long as anyone can remember — a pint after work, a long Sunday lunch, a celebration that runs late.
We've kept that spirit and added a kitchen that takes the region's produce seriously, with a bar that leans proudly Scottish.
